• Every SpectraMax? M Series Multi-Mode Microplate Reader does UV and visible absorbance, and fluorescence intensity measurements on microplates and cuvettes.
• After that, you're free to choose the reader that gives you the most empowering combination of features for your lab. Choose one that adds glow luminescence, time-resolved fluorescence, fluorescence polarization, or, in the case of our top-of-the-line M5e, all of these, plus HTRF.
• If you need one of these readers now, but you're not certain about your future requirements, choose one of our upgradeable M3, M4 or M5 Readers.
• All M Series readers accept cuvettes and 6-, 12-, 24-, 48-, 96-, and 384-well microplates. Other standard features include spectral scanning across the wavelength range in 1 nm increments, up to six absorbance wavelengths per read, and up to four wavelength pairs for other read modes.
